Earth refreshing after 100 years; is COVID 19 outbreak a blessing for earth?

Uncertainty and instability play a vital role in the human world with the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. We, humans never expect such chaos in real life, although we experience those only in movies and imaginations. Every country of each corner of the world face this unstoppable battle of the coronavirus disease, and still, nobody addresses the issue successfully. Since the end of last December 2019, the human race faces tragedy, and China becomes the first victim of the disease. Later it spread all over the world without considering boundaries, race, religion or wealth.

Currently, thousands of people are infecting the virus rapidly, and the death toll increases in hundreds per day. Many countries and cities are lockdowns, the economy of the world decreases; people are stuck inside without social life. Even some jobs are not stable, and many other correlated issues arise with the outbreak.

Anyway, like any dark cloud has a silver line, the outbreak of COVID 19 also has a positive impact. Yes, of course, you may think that this is the craziest idea that you have ever had about the disease. However, this is the truth. After the coronavirus outbreak and the isolation of the human inside their homes, the earth begins to heal and refresh.

Is this a pattern of refreshing earth?

Some people state that refreshing earth after a hundred years is a pattern. Whether this idea is true or false, there are specific historical incidents that repeated once in a hundred years. So we cannot neglect the ideology. As records indicate, the humans have faced similar outbreaks like COVID 19 in several times.

In 1720 there was a plague pandemic called the great plague of Marseille. This outbreak killed around 100,000 people in Marseille. A similar disaster appeared after a hundred years in 1820 with the outbreak of a cholera pandemic. More than 100,000 deaths took place in Asia due to this bacterium. In recent history, precisely a hundred years before the current date, the epidemic of Spanish Flu occurred and infected 500 million people and killed more than 100 million people in the world. This pandemic was the deadliest in history before the new coronavirus outbreak. Nowadays in 2020 we as a human race face a similar pandemic of COVID 19 and pass a terrible period of suffering.

It is clear that once in a century, the environment is refreshing itself and maintain its wellbeing by controlling the human action in a certain limitation.

Unexpected climate change was one of the significant problems, and the greenhouse effect becomes the leading cause of all these issues.

On the other hand, with the rapid increase f overpopulation, the earth faces a shortage of natural resources. Before the pandemic, people never thought of themselves as a part of nature and always took the upper hand to control nature. This leads to the destruction of the natural phenomena and earth itself begins its refreshing process curtailing the power of humans.

Coronavirus pandemic is a real blessing for the mother earth. The planet begins to heal. With the reduction of traffic on the road and zero number of carbon dioxide and other green gas emissions, air pollution has been considerably decreased.  As a result, the ozone layer begins to heal and recovers its damages.

At the same time, you can enjoy warm sunny days with the view of a clear blue sky. Earlier the sky above many major cities in the world was gloomy and smoky all the time. But now the unhealthy atmosphere changed and it has become more pleasant and live.  Now you can smell and breath fresh air with green sceneries.

Even the oceans, lakes, rivers, and canals take the ultimate benefit of the human lockdown. The water seems clearer and shows their natural sparkling beauty with purified blue water. The best example is the canals in Venice, Italy. Usually, those canals have very murky waters, but now they have become much clearer. The fish are visible. Not only that but also white swans are here and there replacing the famous gondolas, floating across the cleaner waters.

The wild animals also spend a great time without any disturbance. They are roaming with more freedom, and even they appear in city areas.

Finally, although the Corvid 19 outbreak was the most disastrous human experience in the millennium, it becomes a blessing for the earth. The planet proves that humans are only a part of nature, and we are not the dominators or the controllers of everything. If human action overcomes the stability of the environment, in return, we also have to face its adverse outcomes.
